- **Termické nástreky (Thermal spray coatings):** Functional coatings for wear resistance, corrosion protection, and thermal/electrical insulation. Mobile application possible — equipment can be brought to the customer site for large or non-removable parts (paper-machine rolls, turbine stators, etc.). Typical parts: shafts, turbines, drawing drums, hydraulic pistons, motor rotors, pump pistons, spindles.
- **Indukčné kalenie (Induction hardening):** In-house custom hardening shop in Lietavská Lúčka. Surface, partial, and through hardening. Max diameter ≈ 200–250 mm, heating length up to 2000 mm. Laser hardening also offered.
- **CNC brúsenie na guľato (CNC cylindrical grinding):** Centre-type grinder — max diameter 850 mm, max length 3000 mm. Internal (bore) grinding included.
- **Pieskovanie (Sandblasting):** Surface preparation and finishing.
